Just me A single-person business with no employees yet. 2 to 5 people A small founding team, with or without employees. 6 to 10 people A growing team where payroll obligations are firmly in play. 11 to 50 people An established team where workplace policies start to matter. More than 50 A larger organisation with fuller reporting obligations.
