The Start-Up Compliance tool
The compliance roadmap is generated automatically from a small number of answers. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a compliance assessment of your business.
It may not identify every obligation that applies to you, and it may include items that do not apply. Nigerian requirements, thresholds and processes change over time. Where the tool says an obligation “may apply” or invites you to “check whether” something applies, that uncertainty is deliberate and should not be read as either a definite requirement or a definite exemption.
